- Provide guidance to corporations to facilitate licensing and registration with all 50 state Architect, Engineers, Land Surveying, Interior Design, Contractor Boards, state Corporation Divisions and state Franchise Tax Boards. Services range from preparation of initial application documents to delivery of certificates and documents.
- Provide information and resources for registration of architect and engineer corporation registration in some Canadian provinces and Mexico.
- Research Laws, Codes, Regulations, Rules or Association requirements for affiliations in all jurisdictions for states outlined by the client.
- Deal with government red-tape and facilitate ease in obtaining needed state approval in order to provide services to an expanding client base.
- Consult on rearranging corporation structure and ownership or formation of sub-corporations to assure stringent state board requirements are met.
- Set up license renewal services and provide on-site seminars to reduce risks in practice.
- Personal contact with various state board experts to assist with difficult corporate registrations or licensure. Present entity argument where conflict exists.
- Assess current licensing status then present on-site seminars tailored to the specific corporate practice.
- Offer to function as ‘in house’ Regulatory Affairs Desk for licensing and registration.
- Assist in locating national registered agent services.(Required in order to register with state Corporation Divisions)
- Provide assistance in setting up in-house intranet services for easy retrieval of current corporation state licenses by project managers and all others in governing positions.
- Assist with renewal of delinquent licensing - all 50 states.
- Guide in-house staff in steps of registration. Provide current state laws, rules and requirements.
- Alert clients to changes in state law for currently held registrations.
