Judith Cavalier Busch, President

Ms. Busch has experience in the government regulatory field since 1988. In 1996, she limited her services to the Design-Build industry to assist architecture, engineering and construction companies with required registrations or licensing in all 50 states and some Canadian provinces.
Education: A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, 1993. Encompassed studies in International and Comparative Law at Oxford, England and European Union law in Paris, France. Post graduate studies included International Trade and Economic Relations, Aspen Institute seminars 1993; Institute of International Comparative Law of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France, 1997. She is a member of the Design Build Institute of America.
